Throughout 2016, GoDaddy aimed to become the online champions of small businesses around the world. During my time at TBWA\Chiat\Day, I partnered with GoDaddy's marketing and customer service teams to execute a full community management and social engagement strategy. When paired with TBWA's global campaign activations, these grassroots tactics paved the way for significant increases in engagement from fans and customers.
Additionally, I consulted GoDaddy's global social media teams from nine countries including India, Turkey, and Canada to ensure consistent brand positioning for multiple international audiences.
GoDaddy's focus on small businesses allowed entrepreneurs to get a moment in the spotlight. I led an Instagram user-generated content activation that highlighted some of GoDaddy's most interesting customers and their businesses.
Through direct customer engagement and collaboration, GoDaddy was able to publish content made by its users. This new content gave GoDaddy's feed a fresh look and massive boost in engagement.
